Vassiliki’s extraordinary local wind phenomenon is renowned throughout the windsurfing world; it’s a thermal wind, accelerated by the mountain overlooking the bay. This means you get the full range of conditions in one day, every day!

Mornings: Beginners and improvers have a gentle start with the light on-shore breeze and calm, flat sea which makes learning easy.

Afternoons: The more advanced can go as wild as they wish in the howling cross-shore.  The sea remains fairly flat, but there is some great chop for bumps & jump.
