Karen has been massaging for over 10 years and is fully qualified in:
Sports and Remedial Sports Therapy, Holistic Deep Tissue, Traditional Thai massage & reflexology and Chavutti Thirumal (massage by foot pressure).
Karen draws on all of her training and experience to tailor your massage to suit your needs. Her treatment is best described as a deep tissue, holistic experience, ideal before or after sports or for sheer relaxation/rejuvenation.
With over 20 years of personal yoga experience on her mat and over 10 years teaching experience, Karen is mindful to offer a practice to support your body and mind offering modifications and progressions as necessary. All levels welcome. Relax, feel great, improve your flexibility and reduce the chance of injury!
Hatha Flow Yoga
Karen’s classes start as a more restorative or yin style practice enabling the mind & deep connective tissues to release & relax at a very deep level. The class then progresses into a more dynamic flowing form of yoga. The sequences help to align your skin, muscles and bones and help to open the many energy channels of the body, especially the spine, so that the energy can flow freely through the body.
This is the ideal place to get in touch with your inner Zen. Our elevated terrace has indoor/outdoor class and self practice areas, with inspirational views over Vassiliki bay.
